    Private and semi private (2-3 people) training sessions that are specifically programmed to the individual. Ideally, two to three days a week to see results. Perfect for those who enjoy a good sweat with friends! Based in the Los Angeles area.

    Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual! Whether you’re interested in functional fitness, cardio or some good old-fashioned body sculpting, I have it all! You’ll just need a few pieces of equipment to get started. Includes access to my video guided, app-based system, allowing us to chat and check-in!

  • Menopause: Hot Flashes + Cool Confidence

    An intimate conversation from the comfort of your home as Registered Dietician Andrea McDaniel and I dig into the hot topic of perimenopause and menopause. What exactly is the difference and how do you know if you’re there? Why can’t I enjoy a glass of wine without losing sleep? And can someone please tell me when my libido will come back?! This is for every woman in your life, symptomatic or not. We’ll answer all the questions, including what you can expect and how to alleviate some of those uncomfortable symptoms.

  • 2025 Muscle Challenge

    We’re doing it again! After last year’s amazing success with this 8-week challenge, we are bringing back the BodySpec truck and building even more muscle this spring. Last year, challengers gained over 30lbs of muscle and lost more than 22lbs of body fat. We can do it again, and do it even bigger this year and I’m going to show you exactly how through nutrition, nutrient timing and resistance training!

    Challenge starts April 2.

    Registration opens here on March 9.

  • Strong Girls Summer Camp

    This June is just for the gals! Jess Beck Fitness is hosting a four-day Strong Girls Summer Camp for girls ages 12-16.  Participants will learn proper lifting techniques, build strength and develop healthy habits. This hands-on camp will focus not only on fitness but also on nutrition and empowering girls to make informed choices for their well-being. Through teamwork and bonding, campers will form lasting friendships while supporting each other in a fun, positive and safe environment. Minimum of 6 campers required. Max 12. $225.
