Since I’ve been young, fitness has been my life’s passion. When I started having kids 10 years ago, I almost lost myself in the chaos that is newborns, toddlers, and running a household. The days faded from one to the next and it felt impossible that I would ever get my own time back. But I forced it, and it was that magical hour I stole for myself, that reminded me of who I still am. That hour of movement has made me a better wife, a better mom and a better woman. We all need a magic hour. We all deserve a magic hour.
Today, my mission is to bring that sense of self-worth, self-care and confidence to women in all stages of their lives, because we’re all worth it.
I have 20+ years experience as an athlete, 3 years coaching group CrossFit classes and now training individual clients one-on-one in person and online. My knowledge and experience range from marathon running and collegiate level athletics to Olympic weight lifting. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, I hold an L1 CrossFit certification and an OPEX Fitness certification in Programming Principals.
